Jennifer obtained her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto in 2009. Her passion for pelvic floor physiotherapy began after having children of her own.

As a physiotherapist, she believes that education is paramount in your journey and recovery. She also incorporates manual therapy techniques, acupuncture and therapeutic exercises to ensure you achieve your goals. She is committed to providing you with the highest quality of care and treating all patients with respect, dignity and compassion.

Jennifer has extensive experience in treating pelvic health conditions such as incontinence, urgency, prolapse, vaginismus/dyspareunia, bladder pain syndrome, constipation and pre/postnatal concerns.

Farwah is a pelvic health and orthopedic physiotherapist with over 5 years of clinical experience and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. She is dedicated to helping women move better, recover from pain, and rebuild confidence in their bodies at every stage of life.

Her practice focuses on pelvic health, pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation, musculoskeletal and sports injuries, and persistent pain conditions. Natasha is a dedicated pelvic floor physiotherapist who is passionate about helping people feel strong, confident, and comfortable in their bodies. Her warm and caring approach allows her to meet each client where they are and work together toward meaningful treatment goals.

She holds an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. She has pursued specialized pelvic health education and is also trained in Medical Acupuncture.

Natasha provides individualized care using education, exercise, hands-on treatment, and acupuncture when appropriate. She has a special interest in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, menopause, and other life changes.

Jessica is a graduate of the Master of Science in Physical Therapy program at the University of Toronto and holds an undergraduate degree in Health Sciences from Queen’s University. She is committed to lifelong learning and has pursued postgraduate training in pelvic health, completing Level 1 and 2 certifications in incontinence and pelvic pain.

Her passion for pelvic health physiotherapy stems from her own personal experience with pelvic pain, where she recognized the profound impact physiotherapy can have on both physical and emotional well-being. During her clinical internship at Markham Pelvic Health, Jessica gained extensive experience treating a wide range of pelvic health concerns, including pregnancy-related conditions, incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, and more.

Jessica takes a patient-centered approach to care, focusing on goals that are meaningful to each individual. She excels at building strong therapeutic relationships and integrates her background working with the geriatric population and individuals recovering from injury to provide holistic, compassionate care.

Beyond her clinical work, Jessica is an active member of the Ontario Physiotherapy Association, serving on the York Region and Scarborough District board, where she advocates for accessible and inclusive care within her community.
